Since we first launched online in 1999, we've used both VetProductsDirect.com and VetProductsDirect.com.au - both sites were pretty much identical with the same products and the same prices, and only a few differences. International customers used both the .com and .com.au versions and so did Australian's and to be honest, it all got a bit confusing.  For this reason, when we updated our webstore in February 2021, we took the decision to stick with the .com.au version of our name, to emphasise that we're proudly Australian owned and operated. Not just our website, but our dispatch centres, marketing team and most importantly our team of trained vet and vet nurses are all based right here in Australia. Now if you type  VetProductsDirect.com you'll be taken straight to VetProductsDirect.com.au, but don't worry, you'll still get the same great team and the same great products you're used to.
