To reward customers for their loyalty all registered customers of VetProductsDirect (except VIP Club members) are entitled to participate in the VetProductsDirect Rewards Program.
How Points are accrued:
Each time a registered customer (other than a VIP Club member) purchases an eligible product from VetProductsDirect.com.au or through the VetProductsDirect.com.au call centre, they will be allocated VetProductsDirect Rewards Points.
Generally, the points are based on the sale price of the product with $1 = 1 point however some products may give less or no points (e.g. discounted or special stock) or more points (e.g. bonus products).
Points accrue and are credited to your account when your order is shipped. If you cancel or return an order for refund, any points accrued will be deducted from your account.
From time to time we may also award points for other activities (e.g registering an account, answering a survey, entering a contest etc) as advertised or for customer service or other reasons.
You can see the number of points you have accrued by logging in to VetProductsDirect and going to “my account”.
To redeem your Rewards Points, simply select “Apply Points” during the checkout process.
Customers using Guest Checkout and VIP Customers do not receive rewards points.
